Below are are few images that are common place when sitting down to eat in Thailand. Forks and Spoons - already on the table. Thai's mainly eat with the spoon, the fork is used to push food onto the spoon; no, not all Asians use chopsticks. Thai's only use chopsticks for noodle dishes. The dry chilies are one of the 4 condiments that are always available. The other photo is of vinegar and chilies. There is always a condiment of fish sauce and chilies available as well.

Wow!! So many new pictures Jon, so fun to see the experience of the market place. You did a great job of capturing how epic it is. Well done. Mmm.... so many fruits and curries. The meat looks pretty gross. One of my fav pictures is the little spices, close up in the jar, with the blue background. You´re portrait lens? Beautiful.
